The plans behind the model

Architectural design proposal

The attached RVT was inspected and identified as Revit 2027. Native BIM geometry could not be extracted here. The walls and horizontal layout are reconstructed from the matching ZenArch A-01 floor plan. An IFC or FBX export is needed for an exact Revit conversion.

The rooftop adds a proposed lounge, shaded dining pergola, outdoor kitchen, sun deck and garden terrace, with two proposed side links. These are not decoded from the RVT. A roof-plan sheet or IFC/FBX export is needed to match the original rooftop amenities.

Heights, glazing, façade finishes, furniture, landscaping and solar canopies are proposed or assumed. This visualization is not a permit-ready BIM model or confirmation of Aruba code compliance.
