How many residences are there?
Nine: four on the ground floor and five upstairs in a two-story building. The collection includes one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts.
Where can I compare the floor plans?
Open the floor-plan overview and the original A-01 PDF, then compare individual homes on the residences page.
Which amenities does the model show?
The courtyard contains a pool, an attached smaller basin shown as a spa / jacuzzi area, and a BBQ and dining area. The rooftop proposal adds a lounge, pergola dining, outdoor kitchen, sun deck and planted terrace. The spa equipment and final amenity specifications need confirmation.
Are the rooftop and furnishings final?
No. They are design proposals. The model was reconstructed from the floor-plan PDF; native Revit geometry, heights and rooftop engineering remain unverified. Read the validation record for the source comparison.
Can I change the lighting in the walkthrough?
Yes. The interactive model includes day, sunset and night settings, individual residence lighting and rooftop lighting. Smooth rendering is the default to reduce memory use.
